George's in the Grove opens today at 6:00
George's in the Grove is opening at 6 pm sharp tonight. They have all their licenses and are prepared to serve you. I caught some of the crew setting up the sidewalk. These elegant white sofas will be outside, along with the typical café tables.

Cool. This is in the old D' il Frasca space, right? I bet after Le Bouchon experience that George will make much better use of the small space than the previous owners...
This restaurant was packed last night. This guy knows his way around a restaurant. Couldn't get a seat. Menu - altho limited -looks interesting. Opened for lunch also.
The place was mobbed. We will have photos later today.
How is the food? I plan on going to check it out Saturday night but would love some reviews...
Entres are around $25......
about same price as Christabelles.
Wish there were some less expensive items to order....hard to just drop in if you want something light and don't want to drop $40 on dinner a drink.
