Fitness Fair this Saturday
There's a Fitness Fair at Mayfair tomorrow. It's free to the public -- open from noon to 6 pm on the Promenade.Come out for fitness demonstrations, meet with fitness trainers from Fitness Together and health and beauty consultants from The Center for Beautiful Skin. There will be massage therapists on hand and lots of books and nutrition info. There's even martial arts demonstrations, yoga and healthy food samples.
