On the Catwalk at CocoWalk
The show will benefit the Kristi House, Miami-Dade’s Children’s Advocacy Center helping child victims of sexual abuse and their families. During the show, which begins at 7 pm, models will strut down a runway set in CocoWalk’s center courtyard wearing fashions from favorite CocoWalk stores like KoKo & Palenki, Edward Beiner, Kouture One, Palm Produce, and Azul Boutique.
The event is free to the public, although VIP tickets are available for a suggested donation of $25 per person. VIP tickets include preferred seating at the show; access to a meet-and-greet with the models after the show; complimentary beverages and hors d’oeuvres; and entrance into the after-party at Nikki Coconut Grove, which will follow the show at 9 pm.
General admission guests that wish to attend the after-party are asked to make a donation at the door.
“On the Catwalk at CocoWalk is going to be a fantastic event,” says Cynthia Bettner, marketing director for CocoWalk. “It gives the community a chance to see a live fashion show and contribute to an outstanding organization.”
“We are thankful that CocoWalk has chosen our organization to benefit from this exciting fashion show,” said Trudy Novicki, executive director for Kristi House. “It is a great opportunity to raise awareness that Kristi House is here to help child victims of sexual abuse and their families.”
