Say a prayer for the city of Miami. Don't let this populist get elected.

It is sad that some folks consider the term Populist or even Liberal to be derogatory. Populist's and Liberal's listen to the community and if they are caring, smart and good leaders they will respond positively to the needs of the community. That is what a democratically elected government is supposed to do.
Saying what the people want to hear to get elected and then doing what you want or think is best is hardly what the people that elected you wanted, expected or deserved.

I have known Tomas Regalado for 30 years. I used to sell Spanish Language radio ads and do some marketing for WQBA-FM.
Tomas was a star newscaster on WQBA-AM. He is a first class gentleman. I don’t know how he has managed to survive in the snake pit that is Miami politics and government. I told him today that this day for him announcing his candidacy for mayor is long overdo.
I am most confident that he will win. Miami deserves to be lead by a leader that cares about the people and not one that is pals with the developers and lobbyists.
Look around our city and see the mess that Manny Diaz, his developer and lobbyist pals, his City Manger, his City Attorney and 3 out of 5 of is his City Commissioners have created.
Then decide if you and Miami are better off or not and then vote your conscience.

There is plenty of time to study the Mayoral candidates, their accomplishment, votes and shortcomings. Then vote for the candidate that you feel you can trust with our community’s future.

My vote goes for Tomas Regaldo and a much better Miami.

I had a stupid issue with the trash pick up. Call Regalado's office and he heard me out and got it fixed. Thats how you get a vote for life.

We had a street light out for months on our street despite multiple calls to FP&L. A neighbor called Regalado's office. The next day FP&L showed up and fixed it. Constituent service, Baby!

Our votes go to Commissioner Joe Sanchez.

We need 'Young Blood' and a man with 'Vision'for the City of Miami - not negativity as Regalado has demonstrated so many times.

We don't need a 'Sleeper' like Javier Soto at the county level.

VOTE FOR JOE SANCHEZ

Tomas Regalado....are you kidding me? A man that can't manage his own personal finances managing the city of Miami....this would be a nightmare....check out how many times he has had IRS liens put up against his properties. His style is a sham...he just plays on peoples distrust of government by voting 'no' on everything but never offers any solutions. Miami has grown tremedously in the past 8 years and is headed in the right direction!! We don't need to go back 10 years to the embarrassment that our city once was....nearly bankrupt and with junk bond status....and that is what will happen if Tomas Regalado is elected our Mayor. Remember, Regalado was on the commission during that nightmare!! THINK...then make the right choice and vote for JOE SANCHEZ FOR MAYOR.
