Christmas tree spoons
You may have noticed the Christmas tree right inside the entrance of Jaguar Ceviche Spoon Bar (3067 Grand Avenue). If you look closer, you'll see the ornaments are ceviche spoons.
While you're waiting for your meal, they may ask you to decorate a spoon or two, then they will put the spoons on the tree.
Sergio, one of the managers, told me that they plan to sell the spoons after the holidays and give the money to charity. They aren't sure which charity yet. Maybe the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis. You'll remember they held the Jaguar Challenge last month for that.
