Halloween shop
The Halloween costume store is getting ready to open. Looks like it is next to the place they were last year, closer to the Shaq Gym.The store fronts sit vacant there but at least once a year there is some activity with the Halloween shop, it brings people into the Grove, who in turn visit other businesses while here.
