Qdoba is coming
I'm not sure how it is going to affect Tacos and Crepes Land since they basically sell the same thing.
But at least we are moving in the right direction. We need a restaurant where you can pick up the food at the counter and sit and eat and not be waited on. The Grove is lacking those.
Now if only we can pick up so many more places that Miracle Mile has like Chicken Kitchen, California Pizza Kitchen, Atlanta Bread Company, etc.

Too Bad its not a Chipotle or Moes, both of which serve significantly better food...
Moes is disgusting dude... Never had Chipotle or Qdoba, but itll be interesting to check em out. Tacos & Crepes land deserves the competition for their ridiculous change to include crepes after seeing the Crepe Maker across the street doing decent biz haha.
Moes is a little too Salty...
Chipotle is just right...
But would be even better for the grove is another mom and pop establishment...
I tried their Gable's restaurant, not much different than Baja Fresh. Very expensive. Prefer the moms and pops restaurants.
Moe's has the best urgers and their fries are outrageous!
Are they moving from the Gables to the Grove, or opening another location?
I like the one on the Mile way better than Baja Fresh. While both are similar in concept, food's just better at Qdoba.
I am a big Qdoba fan. They had stores in my hometown and college town years ago and I was addicted for awhile. Not that it is anything extraordinary, but their burritos are tasty and reasonably priced. Side items like chips and salsa/guac/queso are a total rip-off though, thats where the nickle and diming goes down. Get your burrito, and get the hell out of there for under $7. Alot of people I know from the East coast love Chipotle, and honestly Qdoba is EXACTLY the same, except they have more variety. The Poblano Pesto chicken burrito is awesome. I think the cilantro lime rice, and the runny sour cream is what makes the burrito at both places.
I hope that Taco & Crepes land can handle the competion, because for more authentic style mexican tacos, they are great. They should be able to coexist because honestly their food is COMPLETELY different. I gotta say though "Tacos and Crepes Land" may be the worst name for a restaurant I have ever heard.
