Who paid the Playhouse's debt?

There seems to be some controversy over who paid the debt owed by the Coconut Grove Playhouse. Rumors are that a developer was involved. If this is the case, I don't see any difference in selling the property at auction or whoring it to a developer who is paying the
bills now.

Another thing is that many employees say they were not paid. So we'll do some delving and try to come up with an answer.

Rumor has it, it was the Fortelli's who own Grove Gardens. Rumor is that they are interested in the parking lot also. I hope everyone remembers the REVERTER CLAUSE listed on the DEED to the Playhouse.

Please explain the REVERTER CLAUSE.

Why aren't all the Playhouse board members putting up money to bail out the Playhouse? We trusted them and we gave them responsibility to make good decisions and to protect us from stupidity. Obviously, they were not up to the task.
