The Second Annual Mad Hatter Arts Festival is this coming weekend -- Nov. 11 and 12.
Coconut Grove streets will be taken over by artists and musicians. A treasure hunt is planned and there will be lots of activities for kids of all ages.Bring your nuttiest hat for the "Craziest Mat Hat" contest. You may win!
An information booth will be located at Cocowalk and you'll see the participants throughout the downtown Grove. For info, call 305-992-5438 or email louisd@aol.com
