Why?
This is the sidewalk in front of the Shaq Gym, Guess and other stores in the area, next to Starbucks. These lazy ass business owners need to pick up a broom and get out there and do something.

Yes this area is always so littered and they also need to clean the nasty slimy mildew that is growing on the wall next to 24 Hour Fitness. Yuck!
The business owners don't care.
The City of Miami doesn't care.
Notice the dumpsters as part of the scenery on Macfarlane Rd, and also next to the Sandbar Grill.
The patrons stay away as a result. This was a topic of a recent post, and it must be realized, this shopping district is poorly maintained.
