On Friday December 20, they will be hosting their Winter Gala fundraising gala to help keep the small program afloat.
"Nature Links provides adults with developmental disabilities a safe space to learn about art, nature, healthy lifestyle choices and job skills training. Our fundraiser gala will feature art work by our students, musical performances, a silent auction (with donations from local businesses and art by our students), and much more," says Jenna Balfe, director of the program.
The gala is from 6 to 9 pm and his hosted by Shake-A-Leg Miami at 2620 S. Bayshore Drive.
Support the program by purchasing tickets for $30 each. There will be raffles with prizes at the event. Gala tickets may be purchased here.
There will be student art for sale including paintings and sculptures, live musical performances, food and drink. Dress in tropical attire!
