Atchana's is having its inaugural Siracha Challenge on Thursday, October 17.
This has a focus on Sriracha and local made sauces which will include:
Steve, the owner's “Steve’s Mango-Racha”
Jeff’s “Miss “Chili”
Dave’s “Dragon Sauce”
Lee Kessler's (from Barracuda) super spicy sauce
There are 10 sauces in all. Learn Siracha fun facts and win gift certificates and prizes. Free milk provided!
They’ll progress from mild to mouth-on-fire Scorpion Peppers, Ghost
Peppers and Carolina Reaper Pepper “Reaper-Acha."
Also Sriracha Crickets, Sriracha Gummie Bears and good times! Winners
get prizes and will be inscribed on their Wall of Heat.
