Grove Food & Wine Tour coming this month
Experience the area’s top restaurants while sipping fine wine and spirits. The Festival begins at the Woman's Club of Coconut Grove at 2985 South Bayshore Drive on Saturday, August 17, and then spreads out to other locations including the Mutiny Hotel Pool next door, and down McFarlane Road to more fun and more restaurants and beverages at the parking lot next to Arya Hotel.
Festival goers will enjoy food samplings from local restaurants including Ariete, Wild Fork Foods, Mayfair Kitchen, Meraki Greek Restaurant a new exciting restaurant opening soon in Coconut Grove and many others. There will also be bites from local caterers and bakeries, samples of craft beer, fine wine, and spirits. Throughout the day, a Harley Davidson exotic motorcycle showcase will show off the latest in motorcycles, and a children’s activities and arts and crafts area will be at the library, which is next to the Woman's Club. Local musicians will perform and across the street at Peacock Park a playground for families with small children will be available.
A portion of the proceeds from the festival will benefit The Woman's Club of Coconut Grove.
And one new exciting event is the return of the Coconut Scavenger Hunt which will be held around the village. Clues will be provided and prizes will be given out for various coconuts found. Fee to participate is $10.00.
The Food & Wine Festival is from 2 to 10 pm. This is a rain or shine event.

$25.00 - General Admission - Entrance only
$40.00 - Grovite Deal - Free GA Entrance & 4 Drink Tickets ( Alcohol/Non-Alcohol)
$75.00 - Exclusive VIP (pp) - All Access, Complimentary inks & Samplings at all participating Restaurants. Credentials must be worn.
$125.00 VIP Couples Ticket - Good for 2 people
Children 12 and under are Free (must wear festival bracelet and be accompanied by parent or guardian)
Dogs are allowed as long as they are on lease and well behaved. Please pick up after your pets!! ( Join in for the Pet Contest Sponsored by PetSmart-sign up at PetSmart booth on site)
