Preserving theaters
At first I thought Playhouse Square was some sort of mall that originally was a playhouse, but it explains in an article about a fundraiser in Cleveland, spearheaded by a guy named Falco!
The great part about the fundraiser in Cleveland, which raised $110 million, is that Playhouse Square has five theaters, which were almost knocked down 50 years ago, but they were restored instead. Now it's a thriving cultural center.

There we go Tom, a fundraiser is in your future, I will pledge an undisclosed amount. However future certainly holds that County Mayor Carlos Gimenez will have to give up his office next year and Coconut Grove Playhouse and historic preservation in Miami Dade must be the next mayor's top campaign promise along with real rapid transport not busses stuck in traffic. And all Coconut Grove should vote for that.
Cleveland residents or someone(s), gave $150 million. So, what are Coconut Grove residents and our government officials, after all these lawsuits and kicking the can down the road willing to save this icon? Jobie Steppe
