Some solutions to Coconut Grove parking problems
You can hop on at any place or download the app and summon them for free. They are also Grove Ambassadors who will recommend places to visit or places to eat in the Grove.
Hours:

I may try it out and report back, sounds like fun and will alleviate the parking space problem.
Coming soon: in partnership with Lyft (join today using this link and get $15 off your next ride), the BID will provide discounted rides to app users coming into the Grove. The growing popularity of ride-sharing apps—especially for those heading out for a night on the town—can mean a big boost for the local economy. This program is intended to bring more customers into the Village during peak hours, while eliminating the need for parking.

Thank you for promoting actual positive solutions to issues instead of the constant complaints. There is enough negativity in the world that we don't need it inflecting the place that we have all chosen to live.
The Freebee has been in the Grove for sometime now and is great. We take it from our house in Center Grove all of the time. Wait times are usually only 5-10 minutes. Although I find that I tip them more then it would cost if I took an Uber but the drivers are super cool!!!
Been living in the Grove for over 12 years. Never paid a cent for parking. Ever. Never had parking problems. People are either clueless or just plain lazy. Or both. Walk a bit, hop on a bike, move around, know the spots.
Not everyone is like you Sledge.
We need a reasonably priced public parking building in the Grove similar to what is available in Coral Gables. There will never be enough street parking. The new look is buildings covered by green vegetation.
Thank you to everyone who supports and suggests using any mode of transportation other than driving your individual car into the Grove. It is the most expensive, inefficient and least accommodated method of transportation and honestly, who the hell wants a parking garage built anywhere, no matter what it looks like? We are in an age of buildings without parking. Talk about clueless. Current research is going into converting parking garages and malls into mixed use living. Leave your car at home where it belongs like a good citizen, and join the efforts to reduce traffic. Very important side benefit... reduced drunk driving.
