Neighbors do not want density/zoning changes

There is a petition to keep the City of Miami Planning Zoning and Appeals Board to stop a land use designation at 2890 Virginia Street, that's a property on US1.

The City are sell-outs to developers and I don't know what good the petition will do, but you can see the Petition Here.
