They, and the hundreds of group's like them, scored a huge victory when Trump's health care plan was shot down last Friday. These groups organize massive phone calls, mail-outs, protests, and visits to local congressional offices to influence politicians.
Progressive Miami is having its next meeting on Tuesday, March 28, and the public is invited. It will be held in the cafeteria at St. Stephens Church, 2750 MacFarlane Road.
The meeting will begin at 7 pm.
