Another meeting to discuss the Playhouse plans

The City of Miami's Historic and Environmental Preservation Board will discuss the recently released Historic Assessment Report regarding the Coconut Grove Playhouse during their monthly meeting. The meeting is Tuesday, February 7 at 3 pm at City Hall (3500 Pan American Drive).

Preliminary Site Plans developed by the design team led by Arquitectonica per their contract with Miami-Dade County were explained at a previous meeting on December 8, you can see our report and plans, etc. here. 

These plans reflect a commitment to completely restore the historic "entrance building" to its original 1927 appearance.
