Miami Give Day is Thursday

Thursday, November 17 is The Miami Foundation's "Give Miami Day," an annual giving event held once a year in South Florida. Last year $7.1 million was raised by 17,000 donors.

Categories go from animal welfare to arts and culture, there are faith based organizations and food, health and science, something for everyone.
