It was a wild, fun night at Vizcaya's Halloween Sundowner on Saturday. Here are the receipts.
The Sundowner, one of Vizcaya's most popular signature events always draws a full house.
This KISS group was incredible.
Drinks and music line the patio along the bay. The house is lit up, the guests are lit up. It's something to experience. Everyone is in a happy mood, admiring each other's costumes. If you don't have tickets to the event, a fun way to see the costumes in person is to just hang out outside the venue on South Miami Avenue. Many of the guests park across the street at the Museum of Science and make their way, across South Miami Avenue, where traffic is stopped to allow the crossing, which allows the car headlights to act as spotlights on the colorfully dressed guests as they make their way across the street.
“Vizcaya engages the community and its visitors in learning through the arts, history and the environment. The Halloween Sundowner is a great opportunity to express your creative side, while helping us preserve this extraordinary Miami treasure,” says Joel Hoffman, Executive Director at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.
It's one of those nights where you ask, "Did they leave the house like that?"
