Hy Vong pop-up is back at the Bookstore

Hy Vong, the Vietnamese restaurant is back for dinner at the Bookstore in the Grove this weekend.

 From Friday, through Sunday, March 11, 12 and 13, stop by for the pop up dinner buffet. It's all you can eat for $40 per person, no reservations needed.

The Bookstore in the Grove is located at the Mayfair Atrium at Mary Street and Florida Avenue.

    I wish they would do a la carte. $40 for a buffet is too steep for me.

    I wish they would open a restaurant already - Little Havana area would be an excellent location for them - a little further down from where they used to be.

    Now there's an idea! Acquire a restaurant and lease it out for say 7 days only to anyone who wants to try out their specials, to get an idea how the public reacts to their menu and service. Do restaurants so such a thing?
