Hy Vong pops up at the Bookstore in the Grove

After 36 years, Hy Vong, the popular Vietnamese restaurant on SW 8th Street, closed its doors recently, but now you can try Hy Vong again, or for the first time.

The Bookstore in the Grove will be hosting Hy Vong in a pop-up restaurant concept. From December 18 through 20, from 6 to 10 pm each evening, enjoy Hy Vong's deliciousness.

Kathy Manning and Tung Nguyen, will bring you the food you have come to know and love. There will be a full menu, and if this works out, they hope to do this every weekend.

The Bookstore is located at the Mayfair Atrium.
