33 is ready to celebrate their first New Year's Eve

The new restaurant "33" has their New Years Eve menu all set. There are two seatings; the first is from 6 to 8 pm and another later seating is from 9 pm to midnight.

On the menu:

Ceviche spoons
Mini causa tuna
Hummus fritters

Appetizer
Seared Scottish Salmon with sweet creamed corn and chicha de jora gastrique

Salad
Quinoa, Edamame, Peruvian corn, tomatoes, cucumber and fresh mint, rice cracker

Entree Choices
- Brazed short ribs with aji panca demi and Peruvian smashed potatoes
- Aji de Gallina, Pan seared sous vide chicken breast, Peruvian yellow chili sauce, potato croquette and poached egg
- Wild Mushroom Risotto style, quinoa, shaved asparagus and parmesan crisp

Dessert
Fresh Berries tres leches

Cost is $100 per person, with complimentary glass of champagne.
