We know who purchased LeBron's Grove house

Photo courtesy of Blue Ocean Photography
The Miami Herald is speculating on who purchased LeBron's Coconut Grove house for $15 million.

Come on guys, come to the Coconut Grove source (the Grapevine). It was Timo Kipp, the owner of Mayfair. He just sold Alonzo Mourning's house, which he purchased in 2009, on Anchorage Way in the Grove, now he is in LeBron's house on Crystal View Court. Guess he has a fixation on NBA stars' houses and Coconut Grove!

He's done an excellent job with the renovation of Mayfair, I'm sure the same will be with the new house.

what happens in the grove, stays in the grove! His future next door neighbor will enjoy having Timo as her neighbor, she is a German-American who has lived in the same house for the past 50 years or so, she knows the history of the house. I hope she still alive, last time I spoke with her 2 years ago!

I thought Marc Sarnoff and his wife bought the Lebron James house using the taxpayers money and all those free chauffeur trips.

Marc Sarnoff could use his $2 Mil taxpayer funded pension to buy just about anything he wants. In 2006-2007 Sarnoff pledged to turn down the taxpayer funded pension. Guess he changed his mind?
