Paddle Board clinic at Shake-A-Leg

Shake-A-Leg Miami is having a paddle board clinic on Thursday, October 30, sponsored by Boga Paddle and Surf Company. The cost is $10 per person.

Jeramie Vaine and Johnny O'Hara from Boga will lead the Stand Up Paddleboard Demo including a Yoga intro and paddle technique clinic. This is for all levels and ages.

- 4 pm Set-up, meet & greet, and paddleboard demos
- 6 pm BOGA Yoga with Jeramie Vaine
- 6 pm BOGA Paddle Technique Clinic with Johnny O'Hara
- 7:30 pm Biscayne Bay Paddle
