The Burgundy Room is open and ready for you

burgundy
In all the holiday fuss and running around, you may have not noticed that The Burgundy Room has opened at CocoWalk. They are at the former Crazy Pianos location. Their sign will be going up in a week or so, but they are open.

Here are from left: Sonja, Lorin, Stephanie, Basilia, Jennifer and that is Carissa in front. Right now The Burgundy Room is offering 50% off everything -- food and drinks, until January 12. On January 13, College Night starts. There sill be a DJ from 5 pm to 3 am and lots of specials.

It's a very friendly place, nothing like Crazy Pianos, no attitude, they welcome you as if you are long lost family. Every time I have stepped in, in this short time they have been open, they have really gone out of their way to welcome me (no the staff didn't know I was the Grapevine), they treat everyone this way. Marshall and Lonnie, the owners, have always been welcoming, I met them at Concierge Night, and although they are from Los Angeles, they fit right into the Grove.

They have lots of entratinment plans, the dueling pianos will only be one night a week. They have lots of live music planned, like Swinging Richards the Hard Rock Cafe band, who will be at The Burgundy Room every Friday, starting January 7. They play '70s and '80s rock and roll and they will also be there every Tuesday, starting January 18, for Karoke night, so you'll have a live band playing while you sing, or attempt to sing! They have played at Murphy's Law at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood for the last 6 years.

Stop in and try their fried Alligator Bites or Guava BBQ St. Louis Ribs and try one of their new cocktail creations: Forever Young, Clear Paradise or Sex Machine!
