Rogue parking meter

Speaking of parking meters, beware of the one parking meter in front of the Guess store on Grand Avenue, it charges $1.25 per hour, where all the rest are $1.00, and it does not stop at the three hour limit, so you can absent mindedly keep pushing the button, thinking it will stop at three hours, but it won't.

    Get used to it because they already approved a raise in all parking in the grove. It will be $1.50 per hour.

    Call it into parking authority, give them the number of the meter and they will be out that day to fix it.

    In our fabulous Capital City (Tallahassee, not DC) parking is .25 for an hour.. Downtown is always busy and packed with people. And sure, parking is an issue, but not because they are charging you so much..
