Just a reminder that the Cocoanut Grove Village Council elections are now being held next Tuesday, Nov. 15, due to Hurricane Wilma's forced postponement of the elections.
However, I could not help noticing that the favorite advertising method of the candidates is to place plastic signs all over Coconut Grove on the public right of way and leave them there indefinitely.
Isn't that called littering? For a Council member, that is not very good judgment.
It's great that we even HAVE a Village Council.
