Prohibition Repeal Party in Coral Gables

Party like it's 1933. The historic Coral Gables Woman's Club is hosting a 1930s-era party on the occasion of December 5, the 86th anniversary of the repeal of the 18th amendment, ending the period of prohibition in the United Sates.

Enjoy complimentary beer, wine and prohibition punch at the speakeasy, with catered appetizers and delicious desserts, plus an assortment of fine spirits at the luxury tasting bar.

Roaring Twenties Costumes - Live Jazz Music - Antique Rum Runner Automobiles - Unique Photo Opportunities.

Celebrate the end of prohibition with a Champagne toast at 9 pm.

For those with discriminating taste, there will be an assortment of fine limited edition spirits at the luxury tasting bar for an extra donation to the Coral Gables Children's Dental Clinic.

This event, sponsored by the Miami Rum Festival, raises funds for the Coral Gables Children's Dental Clinic.

Tickets are $40 in advance and $50 at the door. Order tickets online.
