Saffron restaurant hosts Wellness Wednesday

Saffron Indian Restaurant hosted Wellness Wednesday on October 30, it was presented by Desert Sage and the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce. Above is Lana Owens of Desert Sage. Desert Sage teas are sourced from the 2% of best teas and botanicals in the world. They are custom blended by hand. The tea represents healing, resilience, power and beauty, also a metaphor for life, not only how we survive but also how we thrive. They are a lifestyle company that also sells body wash and lotion and candles.

A full buffet of Indian traditional authentic fresh vegetarian dishes were served and prepared by Chef Mike and Anil.
