Once again, you ask the wrong question. It's not how much parking tickets cost now, but where is all of this money going to go?

And why is Coconut Grove like a ghost town compared to what it used to be?
Fines are designed to impact the low income segment of society. Fines should be based on income and automobile value just like when billionaires get huge tax breaks but in reverse.
If the fine is too low, there is no incentive not to park illegally.
