West Grove community canvasing day
Volunteers are needed to go door-to-door to survey the needs of homeowners and tenants in the West Grove community on On Saturday, September 21, starting at noon,
Canvassing training will take place on Thursday, September 19, at 7:30 pm at Greater Faith Temple Deliverance Center, 3840 Florida Avenue.
Community service hours will be signed off by the Homeowner and Tenants Association, HOATA for students ages 16 or older who participate.
Those displaced from the Grove or who have moved out of the Grove are encouraged to participate as well as churches/ civic/ non-profit organizations in the Miami community.
