A delicious taste of gourmet Argentina
Ficundo Villagra (left) and William Sirrino, owners.
I met William Sirrino and Ficundo Villagra, the owners of Rustica.
They freshened up the space and it seems much larger. There is a nice size menu starting with a breakfast menu and going all day. They are open seven days from 7 am to 11 pm.
Freshly baked goods, back in Rustic's kitchen.
There are a lot of sandwiches, made on their own freshly baked bread, they also bake pastries right on premises. Sandwiches include Lomito Completo, which is ham, cheese, eggs and more; there is Lomito Pollo, a ham and chicken sandwich, lots of meat including Milanesa and Chorizo, salads, and even their version of the hamburger. There's an eggplant sandwich with a sunny side egg on top, there is a burger with guacamole, ham, cheese, egg and more!
Pastries consist of croissants, cookies, pies, empanadas and more; there are freshly made shakes and lots of coffee. William tells me that they have five other locations in Argentina.
Rustica is a nice addition to the neighborhood.
