Tea with Mr. Shakespeare

Celebrate the Bard of Avon at The Barnacle on Saturday, April 20 from noon to 2 pm. Join in the fun as the Florida Shakespeare Theater presents Tea with Mr. Shakespeare.

Come in costume or try on one of theirs. Meet fairies in the Fairy Garden. Enjoy scenes and sonnets, and participate in arts and crafts, Renaissance dancing, rat pucking, sword fighting and more. Picnics and well-behaved pets on hand-held leashes no longer than six feet are welcome.

Walk or bike over, or park nearby and use the Freebee app to request a ride to the park. The festivities are included with the regular park admission of $2 per person, and children under age 6 are free.

The Barnacle is at 3485 Main Highway.
