The bait shack at Seminole Boat Ramp

This is the Seminole Boat Ramp in 1978. I don't remember this little bait shack being there but I love it. The closest dock looks to be the yellow dock that is there now.

I remember Burn Notice building a fake rustic restaurant on the spot a few years back to film one of their scenes. if the bait shack was still there, it would have made a real backdrop for the scene they were shooting.

This yellow dock is probably that dock above.

As a kid in the 60s it was a great place to hang. They had chocolate milk for us. That dock is long gone replaced by what is there now.

This was when the city appreciated the waterfront for its users. I wish I knew why Dinner Key Marina is taking so long to rebuild. What is happening to the insurance money?
