NCD sunshine meetings set
Two or more Commissioners of the City of Miami, and members of their staff may be participating in Sunshine Meetings regarding proposed legislation for NCD-2 and NCD-3 for Coconut Grove.
The first Sunshine Meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 11, 2019, at 9:00 Am. A second Sunshine Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at 11:00 am for any Commissioners or members of their staff. Both meetings will be held at Miami City Hall in Commission chambers located at 3500 Pan American Drive.
The Commission chambers is accessible for members of the public to attend. For more information regarding the Sunshine Meetings please call 305-250-5333.

Say what esoterically speaking!? Two, why not 4, or 3 or 6 plus the Mayor. Who or what dreamt this concoction up? What does it mean in relationship to the public? Two or more Commissioners translates into some legal translation, and into what? This doesn't count or does count related to some vote with only two or more commissioners. Say what, please respond from some legal minded expert.
Since commissioners cannot talk privately about legislation that may come up for a vote, they must announce the meeting, and thus the public may attend if they wish. No more - no less.
