Mad Hatter called off this year

The festival happens each year at The Barnacle, usually the weekend before Thanksgiving, this year it would have been the weekend of November 17 and 18.
The Mad Hatter started off in the Center Grove, around Grand Avenue and environs, a couple of years, the streets were closed down it was a great street festival. In later years, The Barnacle was gracious enough to pick up the event when it was in danger of ending.
It's a shame that every semblance of the old Grove is being lost due to non-stop development. They claim they will be back in 2019. Hope so.
