The Oyster Bash celebrates Oyster Week

In honor of National Oyster Day, which is Sunday, August 5, The Spillover restaurant created their very own Oyster Week. They will celebrate with all things oyster starting at 5 pm on Sunday, to spill-over through Thursday, August 9. That week they will be offering a special Oyster Menu.

Of course there will be fresh shucked oysters, plus they're bringing in a new addition, the Panacea Pearl, sustainably farmed in Florida.

Featured Oyster Menu:
Oyster Po Boys
Fried Oysters
Buffalo Oysters
Spillover Baked Oyster Rocoto - Chef Spider's take on Oyster Rockefeller and Oyster shooters.

During Happy Hour, Monday-Thursday 3-7 pm, you can get $1 oysters, too.

Spillover is sustainable, too, they collect all oyster shells and gives them to the University of Florida Smyth Lab so they can replace the shell back into the oyster reefs to repopulate them.

The Spillover is at the Mayfair Promenade.
