Meet Christopher Bess our new NRO
We have a new Neighborhood Resource Officer (NRO) in Coconut Grove, his name is Christopher Bess. Some of you may already recognize him. Prior to working in Coconut Grove he was the Public Information Officer for the Miami Police Department.
