The Bookstore is moving
The Bookstore & Kitchen is moving. As you remember, The Bookstore in the Grove was sold last summer and they have operated in the Mayfair location. But now, they will be moving to 3444 Main Highway - to the former Akashi location.
The Bookstore will close April 28 and reopen in their new location mid-May.
This will be their third location, they started out at the corner of Virginia and Grand (here's a little blurb we did in 2007 to announce their arrival), then moved to the back end of the Mayfair at Florida Avenue (we did a little review after that move in 2013) and now Main Highway.
Books & Books is scheduled to open, too, sometime this year, sort of across the street, at 3409 Main Highway.
