Barkfit classes starting in Coconut Grove
Exercise with your favorite furry friend in this interactive, comprehensive, and fun on-leash class where all ages and abilities are welcome (for humans and dogs). During class, you and your dog will move from station to station, where their certified dog trainers help you lead canine agility movements, while certified fitness instructors guide you in full body exercises- all in alternating intervals so that both you and your pet get the right amount of recovery.
There are cardio drills to strength training exercises.
The classes are Saturday's, 10:00 to 11:00 am in Coconut Grove
6 session series: April 14 - May 25, cost is $240 for the six week session.
