At what price affordable housing?

While we are talking about added density in the Grove, read this in Miami Today "Developer's payment to city gains more density in Wynwood."

It's a trade-off in exchange for affordable housing. But is over-development the answer to affordable housing?

Should a developer be allowed to bribe their way into more development, ruining the quality of a neighborhood in the process?

Miami is already zoned to allow 8 times more housing units than were counted in the 2010 census.

Has anyone noticed traffic getting worse?

And yet the city keeps granting up-zonings.

This is destructive to our quality of life.
