Vizcaya's Seersucker Social brings back the 1920s

Back for the third installment, this year’s Seersucker Social at Vizcaya takes place on Mother’s Day for families to join in the fun and is all about 1920s lawn games, dancing and fashion! Think an afternoon of lawn bowling, yard dice and croquet while sipping on ice-cold lemonade. Learn to dance the Charleston with family and friends (don’t worry, instructors will be on hand) or take in a game of Bingo, originally called Bean-O!

Families can also expect art-making, give aways, hula hoop contests. Guests are encouraged to dress the part and get dandy by wearing flapper dresses, seersucker jackets and other 1920s garb.

The event is May 13 from 11 am to 2 pm. 

Tickets are $18 for adults, $12 for seniors, $6 for kids 6-12 and free for 5 years and younger.

Tickets include general admission to the Main House and gardens before or after the program (or both!)
