Catch A Wave Surf Shop has a new home

I couldn't help notice neon sign staring me in the face from above the door, so I walked over. Looks like the Grove's favorite board shop Catch A Wave Surf Shop has moved - to their fifth location in the Grove in 30 years! The were last at CocoWalk and before that, on McFarlane Road, and now their new location is at 2985 Grand Avenue, right next to 24 Hour Fitness.

It's a large space too - 7500 squre feet, they are open and in business but still filling the space with new merchandise as we speak.

Catch A Wave is known for their large selection of skateboard and beach bike cruisers and they now have a new women's line called Sea Gypsy. There is a full selection of Rbac, Roxy and Quicksilver. They have sunglasses by Costa Del Mar, Spy Optics,Bon Zipper and Smith Optics.

Catch A Wave carries Beach cruisers for long distance cyclers.  And a full assortment of towels, sun screens, Boho clothing, kites, skate, and body boards. Sandals by Reef, and Oluaki. Sun shirts and souvenirs.

Stop by and say hi to owner/brothers Paul and Bob Dunbar.
