The main thing they should recycle at Regatta park are those abominable, hideous concrete "park benches".
Who came up with that idea? (Did anyone benefit from a concrete related contract?). Has anyone ever seen a more distasteful, unpleasant, plain ugly "park" bench, anywhere, ever?
They must heat up to 300 degrees in the sun, which is why you'll hardly ever see someone actually using them for more than a second. Imagine what the park - I do emphasize PARK, as in Nature.. - would look like with any classic, decent WOODEN park benches.. And the geniuses at City Hall who approved this also wasted tax money on those despicable benches all over the Marina.. A Concrete Marina for the boats, awesome..
Don't those horrific concrete benches shock anyone in the Grove? Recycle them!
