Is The Markers Grove Isle's new condo?
The condo called The Markers is planned to be low-level and not a high rise as originally planned. Miami developer Eduardo Avila and a group of investors purchased 7 of the island’s acres, including the club and hotel and the new condo will wrap around that end of the island.
The building plans show seven floors and have 65 units.
The rub is that they still don't have a permit to build and it's still in court, but according to a couple of local realtors, they have already started promoting the project. I'm scratching my head over this one. Why is it being promoted? Putting it out into the Universe?
