An open forum on NCD2
The City of Miami Planning and Zoning Department is considering modifications to the Neighborhood Conservation District 2 (NCD-2).
The Grove United Environmental Health Coalition will host law students from the University of Miami School of Law Environmental Justice Clinic and Coconut Grove Land Use Attorney Tucker Gibbs for an educational open forum on what the Neighborhood Conservation District 2 (NCD-2) means in the West Grove.
The presentation is Thursday, November 9, at 6:00 pm at St. James Baptist Church (3500 Charles Avenue).
