Comm. Russell |
First elected in 2015, Commissioner Russell is an International Business Executive having done business in over 40 countries. As Commissioner, it has been his goal to bring a new generation of leadership that seeks to usher positive solutions to City Hall.
Prior to his election Commissioner Russell was an activist for a better quality of life in Coconut Grove.
