More changes to come for Virginia Street?
So far, the building is still up for sale, here is the listing, but it has not been sold yet.
I was told that out-of-towners are interested in the place and that if they do purchase the building, they will probably just renovate it and not knock it down. But tenants fear they will be asked to leave. Some Israeli firm has been calling them, feeling them out.
Bruno Carnesella designed it and built it probably 30 or 35 years ago.
Hope not, as I started going back to The Grove Spot for lunch again, love their Cobb Salad.

This place gives the grove a bit of a keywest feel. Please don't renovate it!!!! The Grovespot is my office's favorite bar, please don't go! D:
