New CVS Pharmacy planned for 27th Avenue and US1
On the agenda:
New CVS planned to replace the Shell Station at 27th and US1.
A presentation will be made by the CVS development team followed by a Q & A. The last info I have regarding this project can be seen here as a PDF in the Dropbox.
Loss of Tree Canopy
Is a moratorium period on construction for anyone caught cutting down a tree without a permit a good solution? That and more about the loss of our tree canopy will be discussed.
Peacocks
Love them or hate them. They are in issue in the Grove. Miami-Dade County is a “Bird Sanctuary” so peafowl are protected in spite of being an invasive species.
Construction Update
Basically, everything that was covered at the Sailing Club meeting last month. You can see the list and projects here.
